My story
As a former Welder turned Engineer, I’ve spent nearly two decades embedded in Manufacturing. From structural steel work to assembling and fabricating a Proton Beam Generator for a particle accelerator, there isn’t much I haven’t made somewhere along the way. I have overhauled out of control robotic welding programs (think scrap rate reduced from >12% to <0.6%, not a flailing robotic arm!) and I have deployed a team of 14 to staff two automated assembly rooms in a highly regulated GMP environment. I’ve learned how to get the job done no matter the complexity. I’ve seen systems that work and systems that could stand to work a little better, and I’ve learned from both.
I grew up right here in the Lehigh Valley. I’ve been a tinkerer my whole life, and some of my earliest memories involve getting a stern talking to after taking apart the landline phone to see how it worked. I want to bring that lifelong passion and expertise for figuring out “How does this work?” and “How can we make this better?” to help you deploy your project and refine your processes.
